Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when SkyThex Tech ("Company", "we", "us") will and will not issue refunds for subscriptions and purchases made on the SkyThex Tech platform. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.
1. General Rule — Digital Services
Because SkyThex Tech provides a digital software service that is immediately accessible upon purchase, all payments are generally non-refundable. Access to the platform is granted immediately after a successful payment, and the service begins delivering value from the first use.
We encourage you to:
- Review our Pricing page carefully before purchasing.
- Start with a lower-tier plan (e.g., the 3-Day Trial Access at $5.99) before committing to a longer plan.
- Contact us at support@skythex.com with questions before subscribing.
2. Eligible Refund Situations
We will issue a refund in the following circumstances:
2.1 Service Unavailability
If SkyThex Tech experiences a critical outage or material service failure that prevents you from accessing the platform for more than 72 consecutive hours, and our team is unable to restore service within that timeframe, you may request a full refund for the affected billing period.
2.2 Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
If your payment method is charged more than once for the same billing period due to a technical error on our part, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately upon verification.
2.3 Unauthorized Transactions
If you believe a charge was made to your account without your authorization, contact us immediately. We will investigate and, if confirmed unauthorized, issue a full refund.
2.4 New Yearly Subscribers — 14-Day Window
For yearly plans (Yearly Access Pass or Yearly Membership), if you contact us within 14 days of your initial subscription purchase and have not materially used the Service (fewer than 5 published posts or scheduled items), we may, at our sole discretion, issue a prorated refund.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- You changed your mind after purchase.
- You purchased the wrong plan by mistake (we recommend downgrading or upgrading instead).
- You did not use the Service during the billing period.
- Your account was suspended or terminated for violating our Terms of Service.
- You are requesting a refund for a 3-Day Trial Access plan — trial plans are non-refundable once the trial has begun.
- The refund request is submitted more than 14 days after the charge date.
- A promotion, coupon, or discount was applied to the order.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to support@skythex.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include the following information:
- The email address associated with your account.
- The Stripe transaction or invoice ID (found in your billing confirmation email).
- The date of the charge.
- A brief description of the reason for your refund request.
We will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and provide a resolution within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, funds typically appear within 5–10 business days after we process the refund. SkyThex Tech is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or card network.
6. Cancellations
Cancelling your subscription is different from requesting a refund:
- Cancellation stops future charges. You retain access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.
- Cancellation does not trigger a refund for any already-charged period.
- You can cancel at any time from your account's billing settings or by contacting support@skythex.com.
7. Chargebacks
We strongly encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks initiated without first contacting us may result in your account being permanently suspended. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks we consider unjustified by providing transaction records and evidence of service delivery to the card network.
8. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform at least 14 days before taking effect.
