Support communications are collected. OAuth tokens from social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest) are stored for posting capabilities, though we do not store your social media passwords.

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

Usage patterns including pages visited and feature interactions are tracked via server logs and analytics. IP address, browser type and version, operating system, and device identifiers comprise device information. Session cookies enable login and security; preference cookies store settings; analytics cookies track usage patterns.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to establish and manage accounts and subscriptions, process payments, and deliver core scheduling and publishing features. Transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing receipts) are sent automatically. Service announcements and promotional messages are distributed with opt-out options. Internal uses include performance monitoring, security enhancement, fraud detection, legal compliance, and Terms of Service enforcement.

3. Legal Basis for Processing (GDPR)

For European Economic Area users, processing is justified through contract performance (service delivery), legitimate interests (security monitoring, fraud prevention, and platform improvement), consent-based marketing and non-essential cookies (withdrawable), and legal compliance obligations.

Active account data is retained during subscription periods. Upon cancellation, your data is marked for deletion and removed within 90 days. Financial records persist up to 7 years as required by applicable tax and accounting laws. Backup copies may remain for 30 additional days before permanent deletion.

You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, request deletion subject to retention requirements, obtain your data in a structured machine-readable format, restrict processing, and withdraw marketing consent. 7. Cookies

Essential cookies enable login and security functions and cannot be disabled. Preference cookies remember user settings. Analytics cookies provide anonymized usage insights with opt-out capabilities. We employ TLS encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive credentials, regular security audits, and access controls. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The service excludes individuals under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children and will delete any inadvertently collected data upon notification.

Servers operate in the United States. Users accessing from abroad consent to transfer and U.S. processing. We apply safeguards including Standard Contractual Clauses where required by GDPR for international transfers.
